Have questions about our units or services? You can look through our FAQ below, and if you still don't find the answer you are looking for, you can drop us an email. firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Where are you located?
A. Our production facility is currently located in Ord Bend, CA.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, we deliver. Delivery is a $500 minimum + $4 / mi. Delivery is calculated and due upon delivery of the structure.
Q. What size vehicle do I need to tow it?
A. Our units weigh from 6500 to 9000 lbs., so a vehicle with a tow rating of 9000lbs. is qualified to tow these units. Any full size pickup truck (F-150 or similar) or heavy duty pickup (F250 or similar) can tow them, and if you are buying your unit as a "shell", most SUV's (suburban or similar) can tow it.
Q. Do you offer off grid options?
A. At this time, we are working on off grid solutions. Contact us for details.
Q. Do you have any models we can come see / purchase now?
A. We usually have one model in stock. We custom build in 12-18 weeks.
Q. Can we insure our build?
A. Yes, please visit http://www.insuremytinyhome.com/ for insurance options!
Q. Are your builds RVIA certified?
A. Short answer is no. However, read below for our statement on RVIA.
We do not register our builds as RVIA. In a nutshell, we build high quality, one-of-a kind structures on trailers. We do not build structures that are intended for temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, travel, or seasonal use. Furthermore, we do not pretend to build them for temporary use for the sake of RVIA certification in order for customers to procure financing via an RV loan. However, if you must have certification, we do work with a company that can provide ANSI certifications for our builds that some banks will approve. This certification is by Noah Certified, and you can view them here. To have your structure NOAH certified, we have to know before the order is started, so we can provide the necessary construction inspections to NOAH for their certification. Note: No builds have the NOAH certification included, unless expressly written / noted in sales contract(s) and paid for beyond any other price, inclusive or otherwise. It is always an extra charge, and never included with any builds. This certification service is available at an extra cost, as it costs us to certify the structure. For most of our structures, the extra cost is between $1,500 to $2,500.
Now, all things considered, the structures we build are designed to comply with the safety standards set forth by ANSI 119.5 as well as NFPA 1192, as outlined in the NFPA handbook. We take safety very seriously.
Note: Any builds that are all inclusive include appliances, ac / heater, etc. These never include NOAH certification, as that is separate service provided by another company, and has to be purchased separately.
